  • For non-defective items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

  • Custom-made products or items created to your specific design and measurements.
  • Products damaged due to installation, improper handling, or misuse.
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as “non-returnable.”

  • Adorn reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.
