3. Products and Services
- Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or display settings.
- Custom Products: Orders for custom cabinetry, vanities, and other bespoke items are final and cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in the specified currency (e.g., AUD, USD) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Terms: A minimum deposit of 70% is required for custom orders to begin production. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of product delivery.
- Late Payments: Adorn reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 6% per week.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Adorn ships globally. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and product type.
- Delivery Acceptance: You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt and reporting damages or defects within 14 days.
- Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your destination country.
6. Refunds and Returns

7. Warranty
- Furniture Boards: 5 years after installation for manufacturing defects.
- Hardware Components: 3 years after installation for functional defects.
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (e.g., photos) to Aaron@adorn.world within the warranty period.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Adorn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or delays caused by third parties (e.g., customs or shipping providers).
- Our liability is limited to the total purchase price of the affected goods.
9. Force Majeure
Adorn is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
- If no resolution is reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and resolved in Hong Kong courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Adorn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
